Aliens have taken control of my PowerPoint!

I just cut-and-pasted some text from a PDF into PowerPoint, and this is how it rendered:



The aliens are the bullet points from the source PDF. WTF?

You may try to convert pdf to word. Then paste the word to powerppoint. The format and layout will be preserved. I am using anybizsoft pdf to word. It is free now. You may have a try.http://www.anypdftools.com/pdf-to-word.html

It's not a big deal. I just hand-edited the few bullet points. Then, I decided to throw out the whole slide anyway, not because of the aliens, but the content from the PDF was lame.
